While best known for his contributions to independent rock music with Clap Your Hands Say Yeah over the last two decades, few are aware that the piano is the first, and primary compositional, instrument of Alec Ounsworth.

Piano versions of his songs have occasionally made appearances on albums, on bonus tracks, and in live shows. Now they are receiving their well-deserved spotlight with an intimate tour across Europe, complemented by a limited 10” vinyl release and select tracks available on digital platforms. These versions showcase the depth and resolute character of CYHSY's repertoire in its purest form.
